A study found that skiers experience more pleasure and engagement than snowboarders. Skiers lost themselves in the activity of gliding downhill, and experienced high levels of enjoyment. Even one trip to a mountain could have a mood-boosting effect. That’s a good excuse to check out a mountain near you if I ever heard one!
